Markmið verkefnisins:

Markmiðið er að auka verðmæti sjávarfangs með þekkingu á næringarfræðilegum áhrifum mismunandi lífvirkra efna í fiski.

Framkvæmdar verða tvær íhlutandi rannsóknir á fólki til að mæla heilsufarsleg áhrif próteina og olíu úr sjávarfangi í mismunandi magni. Markmiðið er að skapa nauðsynlegar forsendur fyrir þróun markfæðis og tilbúinna rétta með lífvirkni úr sjávarafurðum.
